By creating an account or using NoticeSphere, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

NoticeSphere is an alert and notice delivery platform that allows users to send email and SMS / Text notifications to distribution lists, track acknowledgments, and manage contacts.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use NoticeSphere only for lawful purposes. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details. You may not use NoticeSphere to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send messages to people who have not consented to receive them
• Impersonate any person or organization
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content

5. Free Plan Limitations

Free accounts are subject to usage limits including a maximum number of distribution lists, members per list, and notices per month. These limits are displayed in your dashboard and may change with notice.

6. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time and will retain access until the end of the billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

NoticeSphere and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NoticeSphere and protected by copyright law. You retain ownership of all content you create and send through the platform.

8. Privacy

Your use of NoticeSphere is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@noticesphere.com.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

NoticeSphere is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that emails and SMS / Text messages will be delivered successfully.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoticeSphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of NoticeSphere after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
