✅ Short version: Use NoticeSphere to send legitimate notices to people who want to hear from you. Don't spam, harass, or mislead anyone.
Permitted Uses
✓ You MAY use NoticeSphere for:
- Business alerts, reminders, and announcements to employees or clients who have consented
- Community notices and updates to members of organizations
- Emergency and safety alerts
- Scheduled reminders and recurring notices
- Acknowledgment tracking for compliance or record-keeping
- Internal team communications
Prohibited Uses
✗ You MAY NOT use NoticeSphere for:
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
- Sending messages to people who have not consented to receive them
- Harassment, threats, abuse, or hate speech of any kind
- Phishing, fraud, or impersonating another person or organization
- Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious links
- Illegal activities of any kind
- Adult content or material inappropriate for minors
- Political campaigning or voter suppression
- Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or get-rich-quick schemes
- Violating CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, or any other applicable law
SMS / Text Messaging Rules
When sending SMS / Text messages through NoticeSphere you must:
- Only send to recipients who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS / Text messages
- Honor all STOP and UNSUBSCRIBE requests immediately
- Comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable regulations
- Not send messages between 9pm and 8am in the recipient's local time zone
Email Rules
When sending emails through NoticeSphere you must:
- Only send to recipients who have a legitimate relationship with you or have consented
- Honor all unsubscribe requests promptly
- Include a valid physical address in commercial emails as required by CAN-SPAM
- Not use misleading subject lines or sender information
Enforcement
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account
- Removal of your distribution lists and contact data
- Reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law
We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation and take appropriate action without prior notice.
