Getting Started
Visit noticesphere.com/register.php and fill in your name, email, and password. It's free and no credit card is required. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account.
No. You do not need a credit card to sign up for the free plan. You only need payment details if you upgrade to a paid plan.
After registering, check your inbox for a verification email from NoticeSphere. Click the "Verify Email" button in that email. If you didn't receive it, log in and click "Resend Verification Email" on your dashboard.
The free plan includes 2 distribution lists, up to 25 members per list, 20 deliveries per month (each email, SMS, or calendar invite sent to one recipient counts as 1 delivery), acknowledgement tracking, and scheduled delivery.
Distribution Lists
Go to Distribution Lists in the sidebar and click "+ New List". Give your list a name and optional description, then add members by email address.
Free plan: up to 25 members per list. Pro plan: up to 500. Enterprise plan: unlimited.
Yes. When viewing a list, click "+ Bulk Add" and paste in a list of email addresses — one per line, or separated by commas or semicolons. You can optionally include a name after each email address.
Deleting a list permanently removes the list and all its members. Any notices previously sent to the list are kept in your notice history.
Sending Notices
You can send four types: Reminders (blue), Alerts (yellow), Announcements (green), and Urgent notices (red/orange). Each type has distinct formatting so recipients know how to prioritize.
Yes. When creating a notice, set a future date and time for delivery. NoticeSphere will automatically send it at that time via the scheduled delivery system.
Yes — Pro and Enterprise plans support daily, weekly, and monthly recurring notices. NoticeSphere automatically creates the next occurrence after each send.
Your dashboard and notice list show the status of every notice — Draft, Scheduled, or Sent — along with the exact time it was delivered.
Acknowledgments
When you enable acknowledgment on a notice, each recipient receives a unique link. When they click it, their acknowledgment is recorded in real time. You can see exactly who has and hasn't confirmed receipt.
Yes. Open any notice and if there are pending (unacknowledged) recipients, you'll see a "Re-send to Pending" button that sends a reminder only to those who haven't responded.
No. Recipients click a unique link in the email — no login or account is required.
SMS / Text Messaging
NoticeSphere uses Twilio to send SMS / Text messages. Recipients must have a valid mobile number stored in their contact record and must have opted in to receive SMS / Text messages.
Yes — this is a legal requirement. Recipients must explicitly opt in. NoticeSphere records consent on the registration form and in contact preferences.
Recipients can reply STOP to any message to immediately opt out. They can also contact you directly or email noticesphere.com/contact.php.
SMS / Text messages are sent via Twilio which charges per message. Rates vary by country. See Twilio's pricing for details.
Account & Billing
Go to the Upgrade page in your account sidebar, or email billing@noticesphere.com. We'll get you set up on the right plan.
Yes. You can cancel your paid plan at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Go to Settings (the ⚙ icon in the sidebar) and use the Change Password form.
Email noticesphere.com/contact.php with your account email and a request to delete. We'll process it within 5 business days.
